The HRAs operate under a broad mandate to deliver social services across the state. Each agency, under the guidance of a governing board, is continuously assessing the needs specific to their area and planning services best suited for their region. Accordingly, a broad array of services is provided across the state through the association. A comprehensive listing of these programs includes hundreds of individual contracts funded through various federal, state, and local sources – illustrating the breadth and depth of expertise represented by the association, and the value of service the HRAs provide to the people in need throughout the state.
