altOther programs include the Lakeside Resort & Educational Complex which offers college accredited courses in the Hospitality and Food Service industry. Graduates of our program receive assistance with job placement.

Lakeside Resort and Ed. Complex
Lakeside - through coordination with Tennessee Technological University and the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, provides classroom training and hands-on experience in culinary arts certification and hospitality management.  The facility consists of fully furnished guest houses and cabins, and amphitheater, nature trails, and other receational attractions which accommodates private and public business retreats, private week-end getaways, and community meetings and events.
